We continuously track and anticipate immigration law and policy changes so we can brief you about issues that may affect you at the earliest possible stage and we will use our knowledge, experience and expertise to resolve your legal problems, leaving you to focus on the things that you do best.
Because we are niche and independent firm of immigration lawyers, we can fit in neatly with your other professional advisors. We have also spent time building a strong referral network of other professionals who work and think like us. If you don’t have a professional advisor in a particular area but need one, we can introduce you to someone who we are confident will add value.
We avoid using unnecessary legal jargon and we offer a competitive and transparent pricing structure.
About our website
We aim to keep our website as informative as possible with news about immigration law changes and other developments. Whilst information is up to date at the time of publication, it may subsequently be overtaken by further developments in immigration law. The information on the website must not be relied on as a substitute for legal advice about your particular immigration matter and please contact us for up to date specialist advice.
Choosing an immigration adviser
Section 84 (1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 prohibits the provision of immigration advice or services other than by a ‘qualified person’. As qualified solicitors we are authorised to provide immigration advice and services under the Act and we are also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’). When choosing an immigration expert for advice it is extremely important that you take time to ensure that the provider is both authorised to provide advice to you and, if you are specifically seeking assistance from a solicitor, is authorised to practice by the SRA. Qualified solicitors are required to abide by a strict code of practice including a specific requirement to act in the best interests of the client.
